石材圆柱之加工流程  （一）圆柱的磨抛加工圆柱的磨抛一般在配有气动或液压加压磨头的车床上进行，磨头上安装的磨料可以快速更换，磨抛圆柱的磨料通常为圆环型，采用端面与圆柱接触，线磨抛方式。由于磨抛时的磨削力远小于成型切割时的切削阻力，所以装夹磨抛圆柱时，在车床头端，只使用中心孔支承即可。  由于栏杆柱、花瓶等制品的轮廓线凹凸变化起伏大，使用上述圆环型磨料很难磨抛加工，所以目前仍使用手动研磨异形回转体的简易磨抛设备，来完成栏杆柱等制品的抛光加工。（二）端面切边加工  圆柱的抛光加工结束后，使用金刚石锯片切割及修正圆柱的头尾两个端面，使其长度尺寸达到成品要求的尺寸。切割后的端面与其轴线的夹角应该略小于90度，这样在安装时，接缝才能小而美观。（三）清洗、检验及包装  加工好的圆柱，经过清洗、检验、干燥后，就可以包装。圆柱的包装分成两个步骤，首先用厚度0.5mm的塑料薄膜将圆柱包封，然后放入木栏固定。包装、运输时一定要注意防止磕碰圆柱。The processing of stone columns1) Cylindrical grinding and polishing processGenerally cylindrical grinding and polishing with a pneumatic or hydraulic pressure grinding head lathes , grinding head mounted abrasive can be quickly replaced , abrasive grinding and polishing of the cylinder is usually ring-type , using the contact face and the cylinder , thread grinding and polishing way .Since the time of grinding and polishing grinding force is much smaller than the cutting resistance molding cutting, grinding and polishing cylinder when it is clamped in the car bed side can be supported using only the center hole .As balusters, vases and other products, changes in contour bump ups and downs, it is difficult to use the ring- type abrasive grinding and polishing process, it is still using manual grinding shaped rotator simple grinding and polishing equipment, and other products to complete the polishing banisters processing.2) End trimming processingAfter polishing of the cylinder, and correction using a diamond blade cutting cylinder head and tail of two end faces, so that the length size to the finished size required.
